We record what is true, and nothing else
Every review is encoded as a token on the blockchain and automatically updates the single on-chain record of who owns what. The record is public, immutable and enforced by code — ownership, restrictions and linked rights stay synchronized and verifiable at each step.

Verify who you are
Identity verification through Veriff, once, before any property is added.
Prove what you own
Upload the Land Register extract; an administrator accepts or asks for more.
Request tokenisation & hold units
Units are issued by RegisTree, in partnership with the governmental Land Register, to your approved wallet.
Users never mint. Every issuance is an administrative decision with an audit reference.
05 · Straight answers
Straight answers
If something here is unclear, ask before you register. We would rather answer than have you assume.
- Does this replace the Land Register?
- No. RegisTree records evidence and issues units; the Latvian Land Register remains the legal register of title.
- What does “approved” mean?
- That an administrator accepted your ownership evidence and approved the property. It is never a claim of Land Register verification.
- Who pays gas?
- You pay network gas for ordinary transfers. RegisTree pays gas for administrative transactions.
- Can anyone receive units?
- No. Only wallets that have completed ownership verification and been approved can receive or transfer units.
- Which network is used?
- Base — Base Sepolia during phase one — with an ERC-1155 contract and Safe 2-of-3 custody.
