How it works
Every step is verified. Accounts, wallets, properties and digital assets are separate records — each approved on its own evidence.
Create your account
Register with email and password or Google, then confirm your email address.
Complete onboarding
Add your personal and contact details, verify your identity with Veriff, and connect a wallet by signing a one-time challenge that proves you control it.
Platform approval
Our team reviews your onboarding. You can track the status at every step, and we will ask if anything more is needed.
Add your property
Describe the property and upload ownership evidence. Submissions go to human review — nothing is approved automatically.
Request tokenisation
Once a property is approved you can request tokenisation. Approved requests are queued for issuance.
Units minted on Base Sepolia
A worker mints ERC-1155 ownership units on Base Sepolia and our indexer tracks the on-chain events back to your account.
Platform rules — what verification means
- A user account and a Web3 wallet are separate records.
- Adding a property does not prove ownership.
- Only approved users and verified wallets can transact.
- Blockchain records do not replace the Latvian Land Register.
- Connecting a wallet does not automatically verify it.
- Property approval does not automatically create units.
- Private identity and ownership documents are never public.
- Every administrative decision appears in the audit history.
